Survived the soccer refereeing, though I even got rained on.
Unfortunately, during the day, my jacket became some confused seagull's target.
The rain soaked the jacket, but somehow failed to remove the stain.
My other older jacket continues to occasionally launch bits of down into the air.
I've had it for around 10 years.
The rain wasn't too bad, since I'd been running.
Last night, on the way to the hockey game, was drier but windier and colder.
The Capitals lost, my dad was feeling a little bit ill.
A good time was had anyway, and advice was dispensed.
No beer was involved.
Plenty was involved Sunday night, and more than I'd expected.
Using pitchers tends to do that, as glasses run together and "blur" in a counting sense.
Pool was played, and it was a good challenge. I'm looking forward to playing those two again.
I'm a bit rusty. I used to be better. Then again I used to play consistently, too.

On the way to lunch today, I walked through an outdoor fountain with an interesting shape. It was dry, and knowing what it was like when the water flowed gave me a sense of the fountain's longing. For lack of a better way to phrase it.

I'll take a picture, if I can. I'm regaining initiative. Must be that whole March thing.

How was your weekend?
