Dec. 29th, 2005

Let it be known, Beyond Good and Evil is good. And, thankfully, completed. The last piece of ending got me, though. Should've seen it coming but didn't. Now I need to return it to its rightful owner, dasquish.

Things get damaged ... things get broken ...

Singing in the car today, I was changing keys as the singing makes the gunk in my throat and sinuses shift. It was kind of unsettling, but I could deal.

Today's Zen comment: How dangerous is losing your awareness of the passage of time? I consider it like Robert Jordan's concept of saidin, power that can be tapped and channeled but that comes with a price. That zone can sometimes be tantalizing easily for me to get into, that state of simply existing and doing, being the action. Then things simply happen. Unfortunately, as long as I keep "doing" it is very hard to pull out, even if I drift into working on some activity that is not necessarily "top priority" of the moment. It can take a real jolt to pull me out of it.

At least the website is done, for now. I need to continue shortening the task list.
