My calf muscles are almost as taut as rope.

But, I was handed a side project due by COB Tuesday that I think I've got done except for testing and paperwork. Yee-hah.

And my brain feels like a tilt-a-whirl operator. I know there's thoughts standing in line with tickets for a mental spin. As soon as I open that gate, I'm going to have some serious thinking to do.

We're now in daylight saving time...

Or did time really start going in reverse?

Awh..
You're legs still hurt..? That sucks. I remember this one time.. I pulled every mucle in my legs possible. I couldn't even get up and down steps, it was killer. I don't know 'bout you, but this whole spring ahead thing really messed with my head. I'm so exhausted..actually, off schedule. I wasn't tired last night, but I'm dyin' today. Grr. I wish mother nature wouldn't mess me up so badly.

You crazy people and your exercising...
What bugs me is that flexiness seems to be inversely proportional to muscle strength unless you work on it slowly.
Personally, I love being ridiculously and overly bendy. I really do.
So if the running/lifting/dancing/other form of exercise I'm doing is starting to interfere with that, I opt for lots of stretching instead of continued work.
I recently pulled a muscle in the back of my right leg and couldn't stretch properly for, like, three weeks.
It made me feel real crappy.
