Fun with Names, Part II

From the web adapted Acrophonology site:
Emphasis mine.

David:

Your world, good or bad, revolves around your family. You are determined and loyal, and your word is your bond. You have much enthusiasm with a driving attitude toward achievement in life. You can easily detach from people and situations. You enjoy unconventional friends. You are relatively demonstrative in your affections. You enjoy being stroked verbally and physically. There is a need to learn to evaluate family ties properly.

Alexander:

You have much enthusiasm with a driving attitude toward achievement in life. You have a diplomatic flair to your nature. Equality and fairness are important to you. You can be quite inventive and quite curious. You have many diversified interests. You have a need to be up front. You can handle details well. You have a methodical mind. There is a need to learn to evaluate family ties properly. You need to learn to be expressive. You are a person who cannot tolerate being misunderstood. You enjoy a challenge. You can take thought-directed actions.

Ask politely:

You enjoy a challenge. You can take thought-directed actions. You have a need to be up front. Your independence and freedom are important to you. You must learn to give 'wise' service and not be a martyr. You have a great deal of loyalty to those you love. You have much inner strength. You have a lack of confidence in your mental abilities and do not like being forced into giving your opinion.

Pretty well on target, I'd say. Interesting what got repeated there. And I do hate being misunderstood or misinterpreted ... it used to be a more common occurrence. Common enough that it turned the anger inward after the realization that I was the common factor. Which then led to me developing my knack for accomodating people ... as well as a greater awareness of how to turn being misunderstood into a tool. Most people figure that understanding is a two-way street; "I don't understand you, so you can't understand me" is wool pulled over a lot of people's eyes, some by their own hands.

Sometimes being able to be needlessly obscure or overflow information on a topic prevented deeper investigation ... and covered up something in plain view, if anyone bothered to put the pieces together.

It's been good to be a few steps ahead, and be able to analyze how my brain got where it did. I've been evil, and I've been good, and I've got an idea of where I've been coming from all this time.
